Dear Digesters,

I was stunned when I read the posting by "John Brase" [email protected] headed
"This is deeply disturbing".

I wonder if Alfa will soon be no more?

I agree with George Graves' comments.

The future for Alfa looks very bleak.

Alfa has been struggling to sell Fiat Alfas in Australia since the re-launch
in the late 1990s.

High prices, high depreciation and high servicing costs to name but three
issues.

Don't even ask about reliability.

Many classic Alfa owners will not even look at the Fiat platform Alfas.

And these guys love Alfas.

How can Alfa hope to sell these Fiat Alfas when there are many less expensive,
better made, more reliable, less expensive to own cars available.

I fear we may see the end of Alfa in its centenary year.

Best Regards
