Steve, The answer is a tie, at least IMHO. Since Columbia is almost exactly in the middle of the state you are equal distance from each chapter. Both are active, and both are active in each others events, particularly Spring Fling (St Louis) and Fall Fling (Kansas City). Both have their 2010 events listed on the AROC website so you can see what both are doing each month. And for only $10 more per year you could join both chapters.
