Hi George, > I am amazed that placing the Alfamino or Giuliamino on eBay would have >generated so much comment!
I'm not surprised. It is certainly unique.. >Over 9 years of ownership and well over $25,000.00 in restorations/painting >etc. I thought some one out there would love to have it. >I guess the market is too soft for something as unique as this. I'm sure there is somebody. You just need the right buyer, at the right time. I'm actually surprised that one of our Super fanatics hasn't jumped on it, this would be neat to have parked next to a 'real' Super in your garage. >Well, I will just have to finish it and enjoy it! Personally, I think that's your best bet. $12k for something in pieces is a hard sell. It's real easy for a buyer to end up *way* underwater on something like this, especially if/when they have to start sourcing any missing parts. Anyhow, good luck with it! Get it together by June and drive it to the convention, and stick a 'for sale' sign on it there. Maybe you'll end up thumbing home.. bs -- to be removed from alfa, see http://www.digest.net/bin/digest-subs.cgi or email "unsubscribe alfa" to [email protected]
