I removed a pair of Sparco pads from my race Super that fit 3" shoulder straps where they wrap over your shoulders. They wrap on with velcro, maybe 10" long. Good condition, sun-faded, probably new in 2002. $5, pick up in Berkeley, SF, or will mail for cost. Have pic if you want to see them.
