Yes, Joe low beams do stay on on a Euro spec 164 when high beams are selected but NO they do not when you install them on an USA spec 164 UNLESS you add in a Diode between USA high beam relay system and low beam relay wiring systems. Procedure to install diode is documented under 164 tab on _www.alfabb.com_ (http://www.alfabb.com) search for it. Threads shows Euro wiring diagram and USA wiring diagram as I remember. I have not added diode to my USA 164 with Euro Bosch projectors installed so low beams go off when I select high beams and I haven't PO'd any oncoming drivers.
