The speedometer in my '82 Spider has developed a shimmy at about 60 to 70 MPH. In my mind the first thing I would try eliminate the shimmy is to lubricate the two speedometer cables but I have never really known what the 'correct' lubricant is for such cables. Does anybody have a recommendation? Thanks!
