The main thing I remember about removing the Milano starter is that I
forgot to disconnect the battery cable first. Sort of hard to reach the
battery while you are under the car trying to hold the heat shield away from
the battery cable.
On the late spiders, the top starter bolt is really
hard to get to. I use a 13 mm socket with about a 2 foot extension to get the
ratchet up around the distributor so you can turn it.
Some socket
extensions are under cut so that they will work at an angle.

Is there a trick to getting the bottom starter bolt
out on a Milano? I can
touch it with my finger, but it's not clear how I can
