Cats: Thanks for all the replies off and on digest. The 3M products seems to be what it is, but since it only comes in 60' quantities, I'm going to use double stick tape.
I took Russ' suggestion about tucking the underside into the door by creating a separate under layer that does this using some of the scraps after cutting the main panel. I was able to see the drips since I drove the car for a few weeks in the rain while I had the door panel off, so I really know now where the water flows. Here is what I came up with: http://picasaweb.google.com/iachella/MiscAlfa#5462333172323255906 I put a full sheet over top of this. I also blew out all the debris and cleaned out the drip hole. That was great. Stefano Concord, CA -- to be removed from alfa, see http://www.digest.net/bin/digest-subs.cgi or email "unsubscribe alfa" to [email protected]
