brian, i don't know if you got this sorted out yet, but i had a similar experience w/my pantera soon after i got it - it was a simple case of a bad seal on the plunger of the main brake master cylinder - pumping the brake pedal it would cause it to expand outwards & seal yust fine, but if sitting for a while, a single pump and the peddle would go straight to the floor...
