Joe, The term "Etceterini" seems most likely either coined by either Jarl deBoer or Stu Schaller. In either case, Stu was certainly one of the first people to use it.
Stu doesn't seem to have many friends on the Digest. None the less, he is one of the most knowledgeable men on the subject of Etceterinis in the country.
