When you say it is getting fuel, is that at the injectors or just the lines
going to the Spica pump?

If the car has been sitting for a long time the injectors or the check
valves are probably gummed up with old gas and nothing is going to the
engine.

Two ways to check this out. Remove injectors from the head and see if they
are working as you crank the engine. If nothing happens there, then pull
the injector lines off the Spica pump and see if that is squirting gas.

NEEDLESS TO SAY BOTH OF THESE ARE NOT TRIVIAL TASKS DUE TO GAS BEING
SQUIRTED. Short bursts to keep the free fuel to a minimum.
