Bruce, A suggestion that might help if you don't find an Alfa horn button.
If you have the old Momo center assembly and if it is anything like the Momo center assembly that came with the steering wheel I put on my '71 GTV then you can probably make an Alfa button to replace the Momo part if it comes down to it. The Momo can be popped out of the button assembly and then you would have to find a nice Alfa button to put in there. Which could probably be made fairly easily out of an Alfa badge or something.
