i have one in a betone coupe some guy installed.it came out of a berlina i 
suppose.the alfetta with a auto slushbox i do believe was the same???????? i 
have one in an alfa 6 also.i drove as a daily driver an alfetta with an auto 
till i hit a sewer cover standing proud of the road on a dig we must for a 
better new york road.i should have sued bloomberg but i didnt bother and had no 
where to put the fetta so i with regrets junked her.in anycase all the ears on 
the alfa north engine fit all the cars i mentioned 'cept the alfa6.she's a six.

Not totally sure, but I think it might be the same as used in a BMW 320i.

There should be a tag on the trans with a model designation, such as 3hp24,
find that and start there.

Once you know that it should be easy to find what else used it. There might be
some minor differences, and if doing a swap, you will most likely need to use
your existing bell housing.
