I believe the 16" wheels that look just like the 15" wheels you have on your 95 LS are intended to be used with 205 mm wide tires (205/55 16, if I recall correctly). I also believe that to accommodate the wider tire, offset is 37 mm as opposed to the 40 mm offset with the 195 mm wide tires on the 15" rims.
