Sorry I'm late into this conversation, but if the Chev Cruze is the same car
marketed in Australia as a Holden Cruze, then it's not an 'American' car at
all......... Korean?

i'd go on a honda if put against the wall.preferably a 2000s.while
understanding a practical standpoint i wouldnt have an alfa if that was the
deciding factor.good luck with the cruze.

Hi !
after many years of driving ALFAs as daily drivers we finally gave up and
got something that can actually be repaired within 800 miles of here,
has modern safety features, great handling, fine supportive seating,
in an Amereican car - a Chevy Cruze ! and it goes about twice as far
per gasoline dollar as our ALFAs. a great car for grownups who don't
care about 0-60.
