My '84 Shankle catalog claims a 10 HP gain however that might be based on the "eliminates catalitic convertor" part of the equation. It could also be that the claim was found to be unsubstantiated and dropped in later catalogs.

Seems to me I remember reading - probably on this very Digest - that
neither Shankle nor anyone else had come up with exhaust headers that
worked better than the factory Euro pipes, and that the only reason to
fit non-factory ones would be to reduce weight, or in the case of a
racing car if the exhaust were to be re-routed. This was back when
Shankle and Alfa Ricambi were still in business and sending out
catalogs; I do remember that no specific power gain was claimed for the
headers, only some unquantified "free-flow" benefits.
