Ben,

I'd look in two locations for a worn bushing with your symptoms.  The rear
Tranny bushing or the Driveshaft support bearing/bushing.  Replacing the
tranny bushing can be done in your driveway.  But the driveshaft bearing has
to be pressed off/on and requires an experienced Alfa mech to do it right.
