[alfa] Re - ALFA DIGEST - Trunnion bushings

Thanks folks, mainly Brian I think, for advice and encouragement about 
fitting my new poly trunnion bushes. Brian was right - I was comparing their 
width with that of the old squashed rubber ones. I found a set of unused 
rubber ones and sure enough they were indeed much the same shape and width 
as the polys. So I installed the poly and wound up the washer and castle nut 
and sure enough it all compressed up pretty nicely, so I could easily fit 
the split pin. Looks like we're in business!
