Does it turn over by hand? I'd make sure the engine turns freely before trying to start it. Then, give it a whirl, either it catches or it doesn't.
Once you get it running, I'd let it come up to temp, then cool down and change all the fluids. Oil, transmission fluid, diff, coolant, etc. But let things cycle and let the oil filter catch any accumulated crap before you worry about that. A full tune up can't hurt, but I'd get it running before I started taking anything apart.
