Not too clear in the head today. Earlier, I posted te following:

I posted earlier about my recent front-end, left-corner damaged
Quadrifoglio.
There is some frame damage ahead and behind the wheel and, of course, body
damage. The insurance company is going to call it a total and give me the
option to buy it back as salvage. I'd guess if they take the car, it'll wind
up in a salvage yard or get scrapped.

I'd hate to see another Spider disappear, but don't have the ability to
repair/restore or part out the car. I'd like to sell it intact as a
rebuilder or for someone else to do the parting out. Question is, what
should this car be worth? What I do with it will depend on what the
insurance company will settle for on a buy-back and if that's more or less
than what I can reasonably expect to realize on the open market - and I have
no good guess on that.

I've got pictures and a more-detailed description available to anyone who
wants them, if that'll help in making this decision. I love the car, but
must be practical and pragmatic about it. Thanks for any feedback and
guidance on this. Thanks, also, to all who responded to my previous post on
this car.

NEW INFO: The car is located in Bellevue, Nebraska. Prior to the wreck, it was
my daily-fair-weather driver. It has a bit under 90k on it, with a short-block
rebuild/replace about 4 or 5k miles ago. Have not tried to start it since the
wreck... did start it, but got a "grinding" noise from under the hood and it
shut down. Visual inspection shows the horn and bracket jammed onto the
alternator. (Can't touch it until after the insurance settlement) New
Billstien shocks on the rear last summer. Very nice soft top, but has a
smallish crack in the rear window - bottom-left corner. Body was good, with
some minor corrosion (no body restoration done) and a few little dings and
scratches. Had a battery gas out while in storage last year and haven't been
able to make that darned fuzzy-white crud stop growing - needs more baking
soda! Skirts all intact. Cromodoro wheels (5). Seats are alright, but not
great. Seat belts WORK! Tranny works well, but with the usual 2nd / 3rd gear
synchro issues. Brakes are/were all functioning well, including park; decent
tires. Needs a catalytic converter and O2 sensor, but remainder of exhaust is
decent. Has a 'gremlin' in the electrical circuit for the fuel pumps - fuse
bypassed with a rocker switch and all works well (also doubles as an
"anti-theft device"!). Radiator is intact, but has a circular scrape from the
fan's impact - no leaks.

Frame damage, as far as I have seen in my limited inspection, is all or mostly
in the driver-front corner and extends behind the suspension. Doors hang true
and work normally and the convertible top does, too. Will need a full front
clip, but I believe the hood is alright. PHOTOS AVAILABLE VIA EMAIL.

Not sure what the insurance company will settle on for a buy-back, but would
rather sell it to someone who can resurrect it or use it for transplant parts.
So, your guesstimates on what it might be worth, or your offers, would all be
quite welcome. I want to save or salvage it, if it's practical. If not,
another one is gone. sigh.....
