I remember the mechanic had some goof up when getting the block bored. Since then I have not run it much because I was overseas on an assignment. The exhaust from the tail pipe always leaves a black mark on the floor when starting or idling. I was told that over time this will go away, but it hasn't. Could it be a tuning issue or a more serious trouble with the engine?
