I wouldn't think this is an issue with a rebuilt pump, but have you checked
the sump to see if a lot of gas is getting past the plungers into the oil
system?
You've checked timing, spark plugs, etc? And presumably the mixture screw
hasn't moved any? How do the plugs look?
If it's not running grossly worse the compensator link spring probably has not
broken, but have you looked? Remove the barometric capsule and peek inside at
the vertical spring right nearby.
You could always put in on a scope and see what kind of CO you have; that'll
tell you about your mixture.
