Stefano, the cap is tight but keep tapping around the circumference with
hammer and screwdriver and it'll start moving.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but if your axles are off the car and
though the boots might have cracks - but are not split - then remove the old
boot by cutting it off and slide the new one from the 'other' end. Grease the
shaft since it'll be tight.

Yes, always nice to replace the grease, but if no dirt has gotten in, the
grease will be fine.

Getting the ball bearings back in - at least for me - is a major pita. You
think you've just about got it and one, or more, fall out. Hmmm. if one
magnetized the ball bearings, they might stay in place better...or not.

I just checked the parts book and it is a bit hard to tell for sure but I
believe the large washer goes on the bottom since there is a built in washer
on top.
