The interior lights stopped working as well? Normally I'd say to check the feed to the column switch, as that is the only common failure point for all of the lighting you mention. However, since the low and high beams failed progressively, my guess is that it is the column switch itself that has bitten the dust. Check voltage at the main feed going to the column switch, then at the individual feeds coming out of it.
