No suggestion on a professional shop, but a few pointers. The original
paint was probably Wurth Silver. Wurth is a German company which does business
in the USA. Apparently they do not supply the German paint. I called them
once, they had no idea what I was talking about. Google Wurth paint. There
are U.S. suppliers, one used to be Pelican Parts. In my opinion, it is quite
pricey. They can also supply a clear coat. I have used it and cannot
recommend it over DupliColor wheel clear coat. Depending on taste, you might
want a "semi-gloss" finish. I only recommend the Wurth paint because the color
is "right". It is used by MB, Porsche, Audi, Volvo, etc. Naturally it is
all about preparation. I was in an auto shop this evening, I notice they are
selling an "adhesion promoter" in a rattle can. No experience with that,
just thought I would mention it as clear coat lifting can be a problem. I
would definitely "scuff" the wheel paint before clear coating, but not enough
to leave scratches..

As to nicks and scrapes, they can be aluminum welded and ground down.
However, most people use Bondo. Google Porsche, or Audi, wheel repair. There
are
several articles and videos. I have done it, and found it satisfactory. I
did use aluminum dust epoxy filler, it troubled me that most body fillers
are talcum powder, or similar, and epoxy.
