Since the Milano seat and tracks mount to the body in a very conventional, symetrical fashion, it should be easy to adapt a seat from a more modern car that you might find in the junkyard for $20. Might as well get a matched set for $40 if they're nice. Of course a stock Milano seat would be the easiest route to go, but even if you find one in decent shape, it's still a 20-something year-old seat.
