How difficult is it to replace a dashboard from an 82 era Spider...

IME, removing the center console takes longer than removing the dash.
Once the center console is removed remove/disconnect the speedo/tach
then remove two bolts at the outer edges of the dash and two wing nuts
(yes wing nuts) up near the center front and slide the dash back then
out. IIRC, the wing nuts actually only need to be loosened as the
brackets there are slotted.
