I have an excellent GTV 6 transmission for sale with only 36,000 miles on it. My mechanic drove it and said it has no issues at all with second gear synchro. I bought a Milano Verdi trans with lightened gears years before I found the car I wanted to put it in. I'm thinking $1,200 with a very good clutch, $1,000 without the clutch.
