Hi John, I want to thank you for your thoughts, I personally love driving the GTV 6 and think the car is brilliant.Part of the reason I want to fix the signals is I am an electrician and therefor fix things for a living so they stay fi xed. When things around me don't work, it bugs me. Another motivation is I live in a small town with an active and zealous gendarmerie and I really don't want to attract their attention. I did get a suggestion to look at the website of a guy named Jeff up in Oregon, who makes/repairs tail light boards. I also saw he's the guy who has made the sunroof surrounds. His website said he had four left and wasn't planning on making any more. I called him and ordered one, as he was down to 2! It's $200, but we all know how good the stock ones are. 503-504-7358 if you need it. His suggestion was to clean and inspect my boards. The car is low mileage, so the wear and tear from vibration should be minimal (I'll see), but as we all know, corrosion never sleeps! You can get bogged down with these things, but all in all, in 2012, the GTV6 is a well balanced, competent driving machine. Think about the turn signal function as only a suggestion to turn left or right. Use the car to your advantage and take the time to enjoy the landscape. In all my years of driving, I have only seen a handful of GTV6's actually driving around. If the car doesn't work perfectly, the only one who will know, is you!
