no, in fact, the 'new' mini is british; still manufactured in the uk.  who
cares if bmw owns it?  yust as lamborghini is still an italian car, even if
owned by audi.

w/the changes that have been taking place in the automotive
industry, it isn't as simple as saying the owner the company/marque determines
whether a car is american, italian, english, etc...
