Bruce, I believe that your source is mistaken. The rd on the Spider changed to
the Alfa Red sometime after the '66 Duetto. I believe the Duettos were Farina
Red. A good way to tell is to look at a paint job that has seen a lot of sun.
The Farina Red turns orange (which my Duetto has), while the Alfa Red mostly
maintains its color.
