It no longer will pass current to the fuel pump and I've had to wire around it to keep running. I bought a replacement from a junker and it is just as bad. Is there anything that can be done to rehabilitate it or is there a suitable alternative switch available? I doubt there is anything Alfa-specific about it; it is simply mounted to the firewall with two wires attached. Do all cars with electric fuel pumps have a similar device? Does anyone know a suitable substitution?
