Boiling is really bad! Unlikely that the head gasket will survive this.

Since you already took care of the radiator that is probably not the
problem, so what else?

Have you tested the radiator cap .... if pressure is not kept ...
overheating.

Have you tested the thermostat ... is it opening as it should? Is it the
correct thermostat .. By the way .. Is there a thermostat? ... people take
them out thinking that will help .... it makes things worse.

Does the fan belt ever squeal? .. Not tight enough to run water pump
properly .... But don't over tighten as that will take out the bearing in
the pump.

Is the ignition timing correctly set ... this can also cause overheating.

Then the bad one .... from prior use of tap water is the engine block
plugged up? If you pull the drain plug (exhaust side of block near the
firewall) does antifreeze run out quickly?

When you say the head gasket is OK, how did you test? Go to a shop that
can sniff the radiator for combustion gases is the best way.
