A good place to look for this kinda part is to google/bing/alta vista it.

I searched for: "jam nut 4mmx.7" and got about 24,100,000 results (0.49
seconds).

If you searched with a bit more info ( type of materiel, finish, hardness,
[anything else ], you could wade through less potential sites.

Still, not too onerous, and just shipping to your doorstep away.
