Hi ! a new discovery today - on a 1994 164 the "S46 3A Motronic Supply Flying Fuse" is located with the relays & fuses for the radiator fan motor under a plastic cover mounted to the radiator bulkhead near the cruise control actuator. this is of course a different one than the ECU fuse in the main panel below the steering wheel, but the engine will NOT run without it ! but like typical ALFA fuses, relays & sensor/control connectors it is not identified at it's location nor are we told in the manual where to find it.
