In case you haven't seen tonight's news, the same guy who was responsible for his company stealing taxpayer money before he became our Governor (HCA was fined $1.7 billion for Medicare fraud.), now wants to steal more of our money. He wants to give a $5,000 bonus to cops who double the number of tickets they write. He calls it "Contacts." I bet it would exclude him and all of his "buddies" in Tallahassee.
