First do both the front and back lights actually flash and at normal flashing speed? If not check the quality of the ground at each bulb; especially the front ... if an actual ground wire to a good chassis screw has not been added, do it. Since you listing shows it is a 74 GTV, does it still have the black rectangular electronic flasher or has it been replaced with a conventional cylindrical flasher that you find at any parts store?
