Check the distributor and rotor for signs of arcing.

I've had this 1994 164 Q for 15 years now and this has never happened - on
the
way
in to work a consistent miss develops like it's running on 5 cylinders,
enough
to get
around but annoying ! idles fine, no engine codes, checked all the suspect
connectors
& grounds, don't have tools or space or time to do much else here, sound
familiar to anyone ?
