If you are interested it was on a 1.8G Intel P4 and it took 5 hours 42
minutes and 7 seconds.
One comment though - I tried using the "jlevel" as suggested in general.ent
but I found that the package gettext-0.14.3 does not compile if I use jlevel
= "-j3" as suggested. Removing the jlevel it built just fine.
Yeah, the LiveCD (of which I am a maintainer of) builds it with a normal
"make" without a jlevel. Should be fixed in the profile if it isn't
already.
