Right now, yes. A quick look has: 5b8773b4965618279277b05cd811e7b3 bzip2-1.0.2.tar.bz2 daa86e5a449a60d1017938bef1d4bb9f bzip2-1.0.3.tar.bz2 b9e9bce5501f0a929023da79bcae557a bison-2.0.tar.bz2 ef3110077462b1140b2ae612626e8486 bison-2.1.tar.bz2 a239811e56d31db86e79c6e4b5de1670 expect-5.42.1.tar.bz2 e6aaab98967f6410099b40f2b3ddebb4 expect-5.43.0.tar.bz2 etc. There are also files that are not applicable to the standard x86 book: aboot, hlfs patchs, mips patchs, sparc patches, gcc-3.4.x, nALFS, uClibc, etc. I wonder if there would be a way to pull all the files from a book and generate custom MD5SUMS files specific for each book. What would be ideal is to be able to download the files and do: md5sum -C MD5SUMS.LFS.X86 and check all the files. Perhaps all this is not really necessary. Perhaps a script or Makefile target that uses the jhalfs files "packages" and "patches" to do a check of the files is all that I would like. I know that the jhalfs script already dows this upon download, but some kind of separate integrity check would be useful. -- Bruce -- Bruce -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/alfs-discuss FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
