Oh, btw, for the sake of accuracy, in this case xsl doesn't convert it
to a Makefile - jhalfs does that. The xsl dumps the commands from the
book in pretty much plain text, just adding a few lines to turn that
into a shell scriptlet and adjusting the commands slightly in a few
instances to allow for smooth automation.
