Welcome a new member to the ALFS Team

I would like to introduce George Boudreau as a new member of the ALFS 
team. He has been added to help out with jhalfs development. Of 
paticular note, he has done quite a bit of work to make jhalfs work for 
HLFS, and that work is currently in SVN. So please welcome him aboard to 
the ALFS team.
