Is this a bug, or maybe there's something wrong with my docbook
installation?
When running ./hlfs I get the following:

There's only one line created in the patches file:
grsecurity-2.1.8-2.6.14.6-200601211647.patch.gz
When I run ./lfs everything seems ok.
I tested with experimental revision 2351
