I added the creation of a separate makefile when METHOD=boot.
(housekeeping functions are still a bit shaky)
Invocation of makefile
make -f clfs-Makefile makeboot
make -f clfs-Makefile makesys
** note: The 'all' default will also built the boot partition.
XSL questions: final-system
perl, test suite is run even if TEST=0
psmisc, I had to sed trap the symlink killall -> pidof (The book
states this is optional in the book if sysvinit is installed, which we do)
