Hi,

It the last few weeks there was a lot of changes in the jhalfs code due new
features has been added:

  - ICA/farce support. Now jhalfs is able to rebuild several times the final
system and do iterative comparison analysis between that builds using Greg's
ICA, Ken's farce, or both tools.

 - New logging features. Now jhalfs will create by default a report file that
will contains:
    - The jhalfs configuration settings used to do that build
    - Information about the host CPU and memory
    - For each package, the build time (real, in seconds and in SBUs) and disk
usage for both the build process and installed files.
    - A great total of build time in SBUs and disk usage for installed files

- New download code. Now jhalfs will try to copy first the files from a local
archive, if not found, try to download it from upstream server, if that fail
also then try to download from the FTP mirror defined in the SERVER
configuration option.

Due that all that cade has been added in a very short space of time, not
intensive testing has been done yet. I will agree testing, reports and
comments about that new features.

Also, George, Jeremy, could you to review the new code to see if is sane or
need some fix? Please, take special care to review the new download code.

Mext steep: to add support for cunstoms build optimizations.
