Has been added to the optimize code and need OPTIMIZE=1 to be used.

The use of MAKEFLAGS is a deviation from the book commands, like the use of 
optimizations, and it will mess build logs (due parallel commands outputs) 
and the SBU_DU report generated will be useless for book purposses.

Thus I prefer to have it under optimize code to be used only for folks that 
know what they are doing.
