Is not so easy. Some clean-targets must be changed also.

Plus, the big issue is that we are testing the (in)existence of tools in two 
places.

In a normal build, we test that BUILDDIR/tools don't exist to be sure that 
$BUILDDIR was not poluted by a previous build.

Also, when CLEAN is set, we test that BUILDDIR/tools is present to be sure 
that we are cleaning the proper directory.
