unfortunately thats breaking too.
 $ make config
 1 (BOOK_LFS)
 2 (WORKING_COPY)
and everything else as default
 $ make
 exit
 save
 y
then it complains with
 Rerun to fix the config options.
 <jhalfs 2.1> exit
 make: [all] Error 1
i gave make -i a shot as well, but there was no difference)

has anybody else had problems building lfs in qemu? (x86, paravirtualized)

Jim.

ps: lfs complained that user jhalfs didnt have write access to /lfs-sources
- is this normal? (i gave jhalfs access and tried, but still broke down
right after it gave configs the ok. does the same when run as root)
