Creating the relevant files in the jhalfs/pkgmngt directory let's me
continue with the build.
Just for the sake of new users - it shouldn't request files, for a
feature not selected :)

Ooops sorry: looks like I tested with PKGMNGT=n, but with files
present... Stupid bug of course, I have forgotten to test that PKGMNGT=y
before testing file existence.
Will be corrected in next release (and soon on svn). Thanks for the report.
