Normally, the Makefile in $LFS/blfs_root/work is sed'ed so that xsltproc
is not run after each package build (the normal behavior when building
BLFS packages), but after all the BLFS tools (including libxslt) have
been built. I am not sure how it happened that the Makefile was not
sed'ed: it's run unconditionally (if blfs tools are selected).
